We take full responsibility of delivering what we commit to our customers. We offer FULL return & refund to our clients. You can avail the 100% refund within 15 days of receiving your custom order. All you have to do, is to notify us before returning. You can do this by using our contact page. The return & refund applies to the following product issues:

1. If you receive the custom product that has material different from what was created by you.

2. If the received product is flawed.

3. If you receive product later than committed delivery time.

12 Hour Standard review turnaround (If submitted between ( 9 A.M. – 3 A.M./ Mon-Friday)

We will review your created design before actually printing it. This might take standard 12 hours time.  We will review/correct your design for following things:

  1. Art Layering
  2.  Line thickness
  3.  Design Sizing
  4.  Typos
  5. Uploaded designs ( remove background, etc)
